Cookies are small files a website stores on your device; we also use your browser’s local storage for a few settings. We only use what’s needed to run the service, plus analytics if — and only if — you say yes.
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
Needed for sign-in, security, your language and remembering your cookie choice. They don’t track you and can’t be switched off (ePrivacy Directive Art. 5(3) exemption).

2. Analytics (only with your consent)
Help us understand which features are used and spot errors and slow pages. Nothing in this category is set — and no analytics requests are made — until you accept. Session recordings, if any, run only on our public website with all form fields masked, never inside the app or on pages showing your documents.

3. No advertising cookies
We don’t use advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking cookies, and we don’t sell data.
4. Changing your choice
- Open (also in every page footer) to accept or withdraw analytics at any time. Withdrawing deletes the analytics cookies from your device.
- You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; you’ll be asked again on your next visit.
- When we change this policy in a way that affects your choice, we ask you again.
