Data Deletion Instructions

In accordance with Meta Platform Terms and GDPR Article 17

Delete your data instantly (self-service)

If you have a Teckologs AI account, you can delete all your data immediately without contacting us:

  1. Log in to teckologs.ai
  2. Go to Settings (bottom of the left sidebar)
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone
  4. Click Delete account

This immediately and permanently deletes:

  • Your account and profile information
  • All documents and files you generated
  • All shipment, carrier, and organisation data
  • All team members and invitations
  • All AI chat history

Financial transaction references are retained for 7 years to comply with EU tax law (VAT Directive 2006/112/EC). All other data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to your account or prefer to contact us directly, send an email to:

teckologs@gmail.com

Include the email address associated with your account. We will process deletion requests within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12(3) and confirm by email once complete.
